Thank you for shopping at PosterWala! We are dedicated to delivering your favorite prints, posters, and frames safely and quickly right to your doorstep. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Shipping Charges (100% Free Shipping)
We are proud to offer Free Shipping across all of India for every single order. There are no minimum purchase requirements, hidden fees, or surprise delivery charges added at checkout. The price you see for the poster is exactly what you pay.
2. Processing & Dispatch Timelines
  • Print-on-Demand Production: Because each poster and frame is custom-made, printed, and quality-checked specifically for you, please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before dispatch.
  • Order Cut-offs: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the following business day.
  • As soon as your order is dispatched from our printing facility, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with your shipping details.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
We partner with reliable courier services across India (such as shiprocket, , and ) to ensure your items arrive safely. Once dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
  • Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, etc.): 3 to 5 business days.
  • Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities: 4 to 7 business days.
  • Rest of India & Remote Regions: 5 to 9 business days.
Note: Delivery times are estimates. While we strive to meet these timelines, unexpected delays can occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, regional restrictions, or courier peak seasons.
4. Heavy-Duty Secure Packaging
Posters and glass frames are fragile, so we take transit security seriously to avoid any courier mishaps:
  • Rolled Posters: Safely encased in protective plastic sleeves and shipped inside rigid, heavy-duty cardboard tubes that prevent bending, folding, or crushing.
  • Framed Posters: Wrapped in multiple shock-absorbent layers of industrial bubble wrap, fitted with thick corner guards, and packed inside a sturdy, double-walled shipping box.
5. Delivery Issues & Damage Claims
If your package arrives visibly crushed or damaged by the courier company (such as broken frame glass), please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
Remember to take an unboxing video or clear photos of the damaged package within 48 hours of delivery and email it to us at posterwalateam@gmail.com. We will immediately dispatch a 100% free replacement.
